On October 6, 2026, Avally established Avally Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Following the opening of our Belgium office in August 2026, this marks our second new overseas base this year. An experienced local consultant is also set to join the team.

• Background: From Supporting Japanese Companies’ Global Expansion to Serving Customers Worldwide
  Supporting Japanese companies as they expand globally has been one of Avally’s core strengths, and this has shaped our international presence to date.
  Over the past five years, we have also developed our own services, including CSA, our SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation service, as well as AI solutions.
  Expanding access to these services beyond Japan and serving customers worldwide has become a key part of our global strategy.
  Since last year, we have significantly strengthened our global talent base. We are now moving from preparation to the next phase of international growth.

• Why Malaysia?
  Cost was not the only factor behind our decision to establish a presence in Malaysia.

1. Closer Operational Integration with Singapore
   Singapore and Malaysia are increasingly interconnected as an economic corridor.
   By leveraging Singapore for governance and Kuala Lumpur for service delivery, we can build a more resilient operating model and reduce our dependence on any single location.
2. A Growing Hub for AI Infrastructure
   Malaysia is emerging as an important data center hub in Asia.
   As AI infrastructure expands, the next challenge is determining which business processes should be enhanced by AI and who should be responsible for approving and overseeing its use.
   This is where Avally’s expertise comes in.
3. Growing Demand for SAP Services
   In Malaysia, new e-invoicing requirements and the approaching end of mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC are driving demand for SAP implementations and migrations.

• What’s Next?
  We aim to establish Singapore and Malaysia as our regional hub for further expansion across Asia.
  We will continue to recruit consultants based in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate closely with our teams in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, China, and Belgium.
  Malaysia is not our final destination. We are already planning to expand into additional markets in 2027.
