A Global EMS Leader Taking on the Challenge

SIIX Corporation, a global EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider operating in 50 locations across 15 countries, has evolved from a traditional trading company into a world-class manufacturing partner. With strengths in procurement, logistics, PCB assembly, and plastic molding, SIIX generates annual revenues of over 300 billion yen.

However, with rapid business growth and global expansion, several key challenges emerged:

  • Fragmented system landscape: Each location operated with different ERP systems, resulting in master data inconsistencies.
  • Operational inefficiencies: Manual processes and reliance on Excel led to supply chain delays and errors.
  • Lack of real-time visibility: The absence of a unified information platform made quick and informed decision-making difficult.

To overcome these issues, SIIX embarked on a full-scale transformation by implementing SAP to modernize its global operations.

A Journey of Transformation with Avally as a Strategic Partner

The transformation journey began in 2017 with the creation of a Global Template. As a strategic partner, Avally worked closely with both SAP and SIIX to build a unified ERP platform based on the philosophy of “One Instance, One Client,” enabling standardization of business processes and master data.

From 2018 to 2022, the solution was successfully rolled out to 13 sites across 7 countries, including Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, Singapore, and Japan. Since 2022, the rollout has been actively expanding to Europe, the Philippines, and Mexico, further strengthening SIIX’s global business foundation.
