S.O.W.Inc. Expands Global SAP Business Through New International Collaboration

Accelerating Global Projects in ERP Consulting Through Comprehensive Partnership with German Multinational Company, cbs Corporate Business Solutions

S.O.W. Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan, CEO: Keita Okuda) and cbs Corporate Business Solutions (Headquarters: Heidelberg, Germany, CEO: Rainer Wittwen) have reached an agreement to expand their scope of service offerings in SAP S/4HANA® and related business areas for system integration projects both in Japan and globally. This collaboration aims to swiftly roll out services targeting companies expanding from Japan to overseas markets, as well as companies entering Japan from other countries.

S.O.W. Inc., primarily through its Avally division, specializes in the system migration, maintenance, and new implementations of SAP® ERP products. We leverage our strengths in these areas mainly for projects that involve Japanese companies expanding overseas. With this partnership, we are initiating our services in new regions including Malaysia, Germany, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland. Following last year’s expansion into North America, Europe, and the Middle East, we are increasing our service points from 12 to 17 locations and increasing our office count to 32, thereby strengthening our services in the Eurozone, where there is a lack of Japanese vendors.

We have already commenced joint projects focused on the global implementation of SAP S/4HANA® and plan to deepen our partnerships in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Furthermore, as we expand into new regions, we intend to continue using cbs’s proprietary service, “Selective Data Transition (SDT)”, to accelerate version upgrades to SAP S/4HANA Cloud®.
